How to claim
Lucky Days cards are included free with orders and are not sold separately.
You need a valid physical Lucky Days card and a signed-in NeverMonday account to claim it. You can read these rules without signing in. The app does not charge to preview or claim the card’s prize.
Scratch off the panel and scan the QR code in the app, or enter the card code. You see the fixed prize before confirming. Scanning alone does not claim the card.
Confirming binds the prize to the account you are signed in to. Only that account can use the prize. Each card can be claimed once. Copies of the same card do not create extra prizes.
Prize pool
All 5,000 cards in this pool have one prize assigned before printing. Scanning does not draw a new prize. The table describes the original pool, not the distribution among remaining cards.

Using prizes
Store credit is added to your Shopify customer account in DKK. It is separate from loyalty points. Spending it at checkout may require signing in to the shop’s customer account; signing in to the app does not automatically sign you in at checkout.
Point prizes are added to your loyalty account. Points are not DKK. Discount prizes give 50% or 25% off one order and are bound to your account.
A free item covers one eligible unit. Gift cards and subscriptions are excluded. If your cart contains several eligible items, one unit with the highest price is covered.
The sunglasses prize covers one pair from the 32 sunglasses products selected when the cards were issued. Blue light glasses are excluded. Later additions to the catalogue are not automatically included.
Deadlines and confirmation
This DKK v2 pool has no fixed claim deadline. If a prize has a separate use-by date, the app displays it with the prize.
If a claim is awaiting confirmation, check the same card again before scanning another. Repeating the same claim does not award the prize twice.

Contact kontakt@nevermonday.dk with questions about your card or prize. Do not share its QR or card code with others; the code gives access to the prize. Ordinary purchases follow the shop’s terms of service.
